Check-in & Check-out Times
Check-in time starts at 2:00 PM. Check-out time is until 11:00 AM. Please inform us of your expected arrival time to ensure a smooth island welcome.
No Smoking Policy
To maintain a fresh and tranquil environment for all couples, smoking is strictly prohibited inside the bungalows. Designated outdoor smoking areas are available.
Property Damage
Guests are responsible for any damage caused to resort property during their stay.
Linen & Towel Damage
Charges may apply for stained, damaged, or missing:
* Bed Linen
* Towels
* Pillows
* Blankets
Lost Key
Lost room key charge: THB 500.
Deposit
A refundable security deposit of THB 1,000 is required upon check-in.
Cancellation Policy
Please refer to your selected rate plan during booking for applicable cancellation terms.
